An ERC-20 token that represents your share of everything the fund holds. The value of one share is the fund's NAV divided by the number of shares.

The contract adds up each asset balance times its registry price, all in USD. Deposits mint shares at the current NAV per share, so new money never dilutes existing investors.

If the manager has redemptions turned on, you can burn your shares at any time and receive your share of every asset in the fund, straight to your wallet.

Each fund sets its own management fee, which accrues over time as manager shares. You also pay Robinhood Chain gas in ETH. fundex itself charges no protocol fee.

Prices come from the fundex registry. For now the registry owner posts them. Each price shows when it was last updated, so you can judge how fresh it is.

Not yet. The contracts are open source and tested, but no independent audit has been done. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
